Doors will open to the building 5 min. before your start time, please have all of your party arrive at once to ensure a prompt start time. If people are late in your party they will be able to join you in progress.
If you have not shown or called 15 min. after showtime you will be marked as a no-show. There are no refunds for no-shows. All sales are final, you may only reschedule with at least 7 days notice.
All adventurers must be 18+ (12+ if accompanied by a parent or guardian during game play). Please be aware we have the right to refuse anyone and issue a refund if they arrive under the influence of any substance that may impact the safety of all adventurers.
